Madison Beer announced her new album called Locket, dropping January 16, 2026.
She posted on Instagram announcing the good news on October 22, captioning it “locket, my new album, will be yours 1.16,” filling everyone with excitement for what’s next.
Beer has dropped two albums before: Life Support in 2021 and Silence Between Songs in 2023. Since then, she has dropped singles like Make You Mine and 15 Minutes, followed by Yes Baby and Bittersweet, which will be added to her new album on January 16, 2025. Even though her release time has been chaotic, fans have been collecting hints from her last singles, putting together how her album is gonna to turn out.
Make You Mine was Beer’s number 1 most popular song and most-streamed song on Spotify, but since Bittersweet came out, it has taken its place as her most popular song, but it still hasn’t reached the most-streamed song on her page. Still, the way Bittersweet shot up since it came out shows how quickly this new album is gonna gain traction.
Bittersweet’s music video left fans buzzing. Sean Kaufman showed up as Beer’s ex, leaving everyone surprised and curious about what the cameo meant.
Over time, Beer has steadily grown her presence in pop music culture, building a lane with smooth R&B and a mix of electronic pop. Her music leads into airy vocals and emotional storytelling, kind of like Arianna Grande’s soft, layered harmonies. At the same time, her production style gives emotional tension between her songs. Many think this album could further strengthen her place as a strong and evolving artist.
I’m honestly so excited for this new era she is about to bring. Her songs always convey important messages, whether it’s on mental health or relationships, and it feels like she’s stepping into a version of herself more honest and confident. Everything Happens for a Reason is one of my favorite songs she has written. It sends a message that no matter what has occurred, there is some rationale for it, and even if you can’t see that reason yet, you can’t give up.
As the release date approaches, fans are eager to hear what Beer has created this time for this new chapter of her music career. With Bittersweet already gaining major attention and the promise of new tracks on the way, Locket is shaping up to be one of her most anticipated projects yet.
All eyes are now on January 16, 2026, as listeners wait to see how Beer continues to grow her sound and solidify her place in today’s pop landscape.
