Sam Richardson, Writer, reporter, and editor
Sam is a senior writer and news reporter from Middleton, MA, and has been in the media communications class at Masco for the 2023-2024, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026 school years. He is the Masco Messenger’s editor-in-chief and co-director of the morning update. Sam likes to cover a wide variety of topics for articles, but he loves writing and reporting on sports. Outside of Sam’s media, he is the director of media and communications for the Masconomet Chieftains football team and manages the Chieftains boys’ varsity basketball team. He also loves playing with his dog Finn and spends his free time hanging out with his friends or his three siblings. Sam has also been writing for The Local News, localnews.news, since this past summer, and has done work with The Salem News.
